In 2003, the Australian Stock Exchange Corporate Governance Council released a set of best practice recommendations for the Corporate Governance practices of listed public companies. In 2007, the ASX Corporate Governance Council undertook an extensive review and in August 2007 the Council released a revised Statement of Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations, which revised Principles became effective from January 1, 2008.

On 30 June 2010, the ASX Corporate Governance Council released an update of its Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations that were applicable from 1 January 2011. The current version of the Council’s Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations (the Third Edition) was released on 27 March 2014 and took effect for a listed entity's first full financial year commencing on or after 1 July 2014.

 

eSense-Lab’s Corporate Governance policies are consistent with the Recommendations of the ASX Corporate Governance Council and are reviewed and updated so that these policies and practices are consistent with the revised Principles.
